Synthetic flushing composition TERMOCLEAN PRO has a high solvent capacity with respect to hydrocarbon components that are part of most petroleum heat transfer fluid oils, as well as synthetic organic high-temperature heat transfer fluids.
THERMOCLEAN EXTRA
The synthetic flushing composition THERMOCLEAN EXTRA has a high dissolving power with respect to the hydrocarbon components that make up most of the petroleum oily heat transfer fluids, as well as synthetic organic high-temperature heat transfer fluids.
Flushing oils and additives are specially developed cleaning agents designed to dissolve and suspend deposits, which can reduce the flow and heat exchange in small and large heat exchange systems.
The flushing system is compatible with petroleum products and most types of heat carriers on a synthetic and mineral basis. The cleaning agent can be used during the operation of the system, which eliminates downtime when using washing liquids or chemical cleaning agents. This helps to displace other contaminants of the system, such as water, loose solids, as well as cokes, which could arise as a result of the thermal decomposition of the previous coolant. The use of flushing oils and additives ensures the creation of a cleaner and safer heat transfer system, which leads to an increase in the performance and service life of the heat carrier and a reduction in overall operating costs. The use of flushing oils in the existing heat transfer fluid will not adversely affect the characteristics of the new heat carrier. The product will not add any thermally unstable materials that can shorten the service life of the oil, nor will it reduce the viscosity of the heat carrier, flash point or initial boiling point.
Flushing additives are synthetic substances that are added in small quantities (up to 10%) to the heat carriers operating in the system for cleaning, improving performance.
Additives include anti-detonators, antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors.
