Heat transfer fluid TERMOLAN A1 is a synthetic heat transfer fluid created based on TERMOLANE A, which differs from the latter by a much lower pour point and has excellent pumpability at subzero temperatures.
Designed for systems with an operating temperature range from -35°C to 290°C in the liquid phase without pressure and up to 330°C pressure up to 2.5 atm.
Heat transfer fluid TERMOLAN A1 has high thermal stability and high self-ignition temperature – more than 543°C. Having a density like that of TERMOLAN A and the nature close to it, a heat transfer fluid TERMOLAN A1 is mixed indefinitely with it and with other diphenyl-diphenyl oxide-based heat carriers, which makes it possible to safely replace heat transfer fluids such as Dowtherm® A, Therminol® VP-1, XCeltherm® MK-1 with TERMOLAN A1 where high temperatures (more than 330°C) are not required.
